Mr. LOK currently serves as our Chairman and CEO since March 2025, following his tenure as Acting CEO from September 2024 to March 2025. Mr. LOK has been instrumental in leading the Company through a critical period of restructuring and business reorganization.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. LOK was an investment banker at Citigroup and Jefferies, bringing over 16 years of professional experience in investment banking, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. LOK also has extensive global experience, having worked and transacted deals across the United States, China, Asia and Europe. As an investment banker, Mr. LOK led a large number of landmark technology deals globally, including IPOs, private fundraising and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for leading technology companies and financial service groups, and advised clients on their growth strategies and transformative initiatives.

Mr. LOK holds dual degrees from the University of California, Berkeley with B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Business Administration, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Lok is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an active member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society San Francisco.
